All wording is burnt into the wood using the ancient art of Pyrography which involves using a small tool similar to a soldering iron. This means it is permanent and is an effective way to commemorate a special event
All orders are sent using 1st class Royal Mail and I am usually able to complete within a couple of days unless payment is by cheque (approx 3 days to clear)
I offer FREE postage and packing within the UK (unless you select the new boxed presentation which incurs a small charge for the box, extra boxed packaging and postage) If ordering from outside the UK, you will find charges are now listed at the end of the online shop. If in any doubt, please contact me first for postage charges
"Next Day" delivery is available for urgently needed keepsakes that are unboxed. Postal charges for this is £4.50 (subsidised rate)
